RESERVATION POLICIES
As of 08/01/24, there will be a 3% surcharge for credit card payments to help offset processing fees. This amount is not more than what we pay in fees.
We ask you to respect the 1.5 hour time limit we have established for your reservation so that we have ample time to safely turn around your table for the next reservation.
We allow for a 15-minute grace period past the time of your reservation. After that, we cannot guarantee that your table will still be available.
For tables larger than 6 please email Jascy@bondhousefellspoint.com to make arrangements.
For large celebrations, such as birthday's, there will be a $2 cake fee per person. We will supply the plastic plates, cutlery, and cake knife.
Please note that Brunch reservations must be confirmed by 10:00 AM on the day of the reservation, and Dinner reservations must be confirmed by 2:00 PM on the day of the reservation. Failure to confirm by these times will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
For reservations, we do our very best to accommodate your chosen seating option, but please be aware that seating is a request and not a guarantee.
We do our best to accommodate walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.
Separation of Checks - We do not itemize checks. However, for large groups of 5 or more, we're pleased to offer the flexibility of splitting the bill evenly across four separate cards. If you're a party of 5 or less and prefer to pay separately, please inform your server at the beginning of service, and they will be happy to assist you.
Service Charge - A 20% service charge will be added to all checks to support higher wages and our employee benefits program for our hardworking team members. You are welcome to leave an additional gratuity at your discretion.
